• Elk Creek/Spencer County Outage

  8-12-2010

  The Charge Controller for the battery/solar system went out and had to be replaced. Service has been restored and was out for approximately 2 hours.

• Email Purge

  6-4-2010

  If your email account is not logged into for more than 45 days, your account will be deactivated. If you do not call to reactivate the account, it will be considered unused and will be purged from our system after an additional 45 days. Accounts are only deactivated, not deleted.

• Service Upgrades

  4-3-2010

  Service upgrades will be taking place in the Todd's Point area of our network this week. Approximately 130 customers will be upgraded and will have the Super Wireless service available as an option. Customers in this area may experience outages or service degradation until the upgrade is complete. The equipment at each customer location will be replaced.
